• • Proof of Address – Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter (not older than 3 months).
• • Additional Verification – Source of funds, proof of income, or enhanced due diligence documents.

Verification Process

• • All documents must be clear, valid, and submitted via secure upload channels.
• • ZQFX may verify documents using third-party providers and global databases.
• • Accounts remain inactive until KYC is fully completed.

Ongoing Monitoring

• • Continuous monitoring of client accounts and transactions.
• • Clients may be required to update KYC documents periodically.
• • High-risk activity may trigger Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).

Non-Compliance

• • Failure to provide documents may result in account suspension or closure.
• • Submission of false information will lead to restrictions or termination.
• • ZQFX may refuse business relationships that do not meet compliance standards.

Confidentiality

All personal and financial information is treated as strictly confidential and protected under the ZQFX Privacy Policy. Data is only shared with legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.

Policy Updates

ZQFX may update this KYC Policy periodically to ensure compliance with global standards. Clients will be notified of major changes. By registering, users agree to these terms.
