Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Referrer may introduce new clients ("Referred Clients") to ZQFX and receive referral compensation.

Eligibility

• • Referrer must be at least 18 years old.
• • Must be legally capable of entering binding contracts.
• • ZQFX reserves the right to approve or reject any Referrer at its sole discretion.

Referral Compensation

• • Commission structure is defined separately by ZQFX.
• • Commissions apply only for active Referred Clients with live accounts and minimum deposits.
• • Clients must actively trade for commissions to be valid.
• • ZQFX may adjust or withhold commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or regulatory issues.

Referrer’s Obligations

• • Promote ZQFX services in a professional and ethical manner.
• • Do not provide misleading or false information about ZQFX.
• • Do not act as a financial advisor or give investment advice.
• • Comply with all applicable advertising and financial regulations.

ZQFX Rights & Obligations

• • Track all referrals through internal systems.
• • Pay eligible commissions based on agreed structure.
• • May amend or terminate the referral program with prior notice.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business, technical, and financial information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Term & Termination

• • Agreement remains active until terminated by either party.
• • ZQFX may terminate immediately in case of breach or reputational risk.
• • Upon termination, valid unpaid commissions will be settled.
• • Referrer must stop all promotional activities after termination.

Limitation of Liability

ZQFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement. Maximum liability is limited to unpaid eligible commissions.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between ZQFX and the Referrer. By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all terms.
